I am a huge fan of pilates and have been practicing for 6 years. But after my last amazing studio closed down in 2016, I realize it is actually quite hard to find a good studio and instructor. Mayra Valle has been that great find again! I came across her while she was doing a free demonstration of her M Method. In those 10 minutes, I realized that I was going to learn so much more about my body, proper posture in everyday life and proper posture in lifting weights or other exercise activities.

And although it is expensive I started doing one-on-ones with her and it’s definitely been worth it. I thank the universe every time we have a session together for bringing Mayra into my life. In just 3 weeks I was seeing really good transformation in my body because I was consistently applying her training in every day activies like walking, meditating and driving.

She’s a firm and knowledgable instructor who I feel has some how gone inside Joseph Pilates head to interpret how he came up his revolutionary exercise - and she teaches you everything she knows. She has a way of building you up over the weeks that is so appropriate - and she thinks deeply about what she can do for ME in the next session.
