Studio Policies


Grip Socks are required for in-studio visits. Pilates socks can be purchased on Amazon.

Client Fees:

By Appointment Only, Class fees are scheduled & paid in 24 hours in advance for each class.. All credit cards are welcome: Visa, MasterCard and American Express 

Services: All sales are final. Purchased packages or subscriptions cannot be returned, refunded, transferred, or extended. All services and purchases expire 6 months after the date of initial purchase.

Cancellations:

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your time or you will be charged. You can easily cancel through this site, via email: mpilatesmethod@proton.me, or by phone/text: at 213-440-7122.

If you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled session time you will be charged the full session fee. The teacher is not responsible to stay past the hour if you have not called to cancel. Please arrive on time as it is important to warm up at the beginning of each class. There is a set system and rhythm to a session and the flow is broken when you are late to class. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
